Share ownership positively affects retention and cultural alignment but we understand across Europe the topic is still widely misunderstood by employees!

As a result, Ledgy is hosting an "Equity Workshop" on Wednesday 30th November, 14:00-15:00 GMT for the Landscape Community. The 60min session will focus on the following topics:

- Best practices across Europe – how are other founders doing it?
- How much equity should I be giving team members?
- And how does equity work as a culture-building tool?
